About Us

Rooted in a rich Christian camping tradition dating back to the mid-1940s, Camp Pitt emerged from a cooperative effort of churches in South-Central and Southside Virginia. Incorporated in 1947 and currently supported by close to 30 independent Christian Churches, the camp’s vision is to disciple and develop the next generation of Christ followers through engaging summer programs and year-round retreats.
